Pros
Lid keeps reptile critters in and things like my cats out. I like the wider screen hole so the tarantula won't get her foot stuck in it. Found this one for under $10 vs paying over $20 for one at the pet store.
The screen is durable and save to put a heating bulb, ceramic heating unit, or night bulb on top of with no risk of fire. The lids are heavy enough i’m not worried about any of my animals escaping. It is strong and durable.
Cons
Also side note fits the standard 20 gallon tank so loosely. Said would fit a 20 gal tank. Way too small.

Got this for my ten gallon tank that’s moved from being for fish to housing a crested gecko it fits on the tank but is a bit loose on the edges so i had to get 4 cage clips to secure it firmly to the tank

I definitely felt like it had to be more secure because my crestie likes to spend a lot of time resting on the rim of the tank and i don’t want him to wiggle his way out
