Pros

The flapper valve fits right in the tank and includes all the necessary hardware. You probably need a wrench to take the old one out but the new one can go in with just your hand. The 3 flapper seals perfectly and the parts are much better quality tha... Read More

Installation is not particularly difficult if you have basic skills. It took me about 20 minutes to install (likely much faster for someone who understands toilet mechanisms, which i really didn't) easy install and great quality. Easy to install.

Cons

The float is the problem. The bulge on the bottom of the flapper catches the edge. Now after the tank fills the unit will not shut off the water.
