Pros
All the bolts, nuts and washers are included. The kit fits my 2-bolt unit well. This is the 3rd one i have bought replacing all of the older flapper style ones that were leaking.

Took about 40 minutes, including cleanup. If you follow the instructions and read them before starting it should take around an hour. Takes me about 20 mins, start to finish now.
Cons
Water fills up but doesn't stop the water and it overflows wasting water. Fills very slowly even on high settings, fill tube cracked while trying to cut down even on a flat surface. For the flapper to leak after all that is really annoying.
