Sound is good well built very pleased with the speaker

The cabinets are beautiful and the quality of the whole packageis as if they were much greater in size

The matching rears for my ohm speakers in front cost 1400
The cost is far below what they are worth andyet the size is so small

The grills are mounted via pegs in the speaker baffle which nest into plastic socketsreceptacles in the grille
Right out of the box these speakers are not impressive at all

These just seem to be a cut above most of the competition in my opinion
These fluance speakers filled the bill without breaking the bank
I am using two pair in a very odd shaped living room along with a fluance signature center channel speaker
Theres no output below about 120hz consistent with advertised specs but they play nicely clear within their range

The mounting brackets are goodbetter than the prior versions two sets of holes that required combining stud mounting and wall anchors and which are a little more finicky to leveland the binding posts are of good quality though kind of useless for a wallmounted speaker to accommodate banana plugs most of which wont even come close to fitting

Where im actually disappointed is in a different quality control issue

Problem is that theyre stuck in there so tight out of the box that removing the grilles takes a lot of force about half of the pegs yanked the plastic receptacles straight out of the grille frames

I was able to twist the sockets back off and superglue them into the grille frames but the amount of force i needed to use to remove the grilles the first time had me worried i was going to break something which i did kindasorta but thankfully nothing important that couldnt be corrected

Overall sound is good mounting and connection is good cabinet construction is fine but the grille attachment design is mediocrefunctional but mediocre

Based on my experience with these i can totally recommend these or an entire setup of fluance if you are looking for a complete system
