It comes in a resealable package that's easy to keep in the refrigerator. It even has a little moisture to it. I have never noticed it being sweet when using with my meals, popcorn, my food.
Flower of the ocean brand is just exquisite in taste.
Give it a try, $5 salt grinder, maybe little more lol. It is expensive though. It's a tactic that's been going on for years.
Teaspoon of celtic sea salt enriches and sharpens the flavor. Use it while cooking as well as sprinkling on top of food when it is ready to be eaten.
Cons
I purchased this for the reusable shaker & the shaker is now useless because the salt doesn't actually come out as the salt inside is damp. No it is not that good for the price.

Celtic seas salt is coarse and to be put in a salt grinder

Celtic sea salt has so much magnesium in it that it will absorb the moisture out of the air and this is why feel wet or moist
