Pros
There's some heft to it which suggests there may be cast brass in the guts.
The sensor is just the right level of sensitive. Be sure to engage the click-on water hoses to the motor control unit. One note on mounting the control valve is that the directions tell you exactly how/where to mount it.
Simply swipe your hand near the infrared motion detecting eye to activate it. It enables you to have hands-free multitasking. Lowers the chance of spreading germs and bacteria.
Cons
Not convenient nor easy to do. Wasted so much money already on purchase and installation charges. If you want something solely for appearance, its ok, but the insides are plastic, not solid.
There is a reason plumbing doesn't use plastic like this. The only saving grace this evening is i was able to delete the black box and get the sink working manually.
Faucet looks great but the handle to go between hot and cold water is awkward. The handle must be twisted & turned. My second main complaint is that i need to leave the handle set at about half volume to avoid excessive splatter.

Packaging/appearance
Packaging very apple like with a nice covered bag protecting the faucet in the box
My biggest complaint and its a big deal to me is this faucet does not seem to have any spot resistant coating
Competitiveness
This faucet replaces a hansgrohe pull down faucet that would no longer retract even with a new oem replacement hose
It gives our kitchen a highend feel without the highend price

Imagine training a house full of people on how to use the faucet and then tell them nevermind now its a normal faucet because the battery died

The manufacturer should offer an option to add a battery supply replacement adapter

You may need to hire an electrician to modify your outlet to have 12 of it power continuously for propert faucet operation and the other half operated by a switch for garbage disposal
