Pros

This probiotic is helpful for gut and urinary tract. I am on a medication that give you uti's (lovely).

Keeps gut healthy and everything moving along. I feel less bloated and i believe it's helping my digestion.

It’s only been a short while since i started taking these but i’m already feel a lot lighter and healthier! The pills are easy to * if you understand the float factor.

Cons

The packaging is obviously super cute, but when i opened the bottle, there was a cotton ball the length of my hand stuffed in there. It's an abhorrent * of plastic. Won’t buy again.
