Pros

This is the only iron supplement i have tried that makes me feel better and doesn’t cause constipation or nausea. I am anemic and it is helping better than pills. I love that this works better than the iron pill version.

The taste isn't bad at all. And as for the flavor, honestly take it like a shot lol and drink with orange juice, it helps with the flavor. I usually take with a water chaser so it isn't too bad. And it also taste good to add to a smoothie.

This is my second time purchasing it and i love it. I've repurchased their products multiple times already. I am recieved this product in good, and intact.
