Pros

The price and product are perfect! Was exactly as advertised. Looks like a quality item.

The faceplate itself is very nice thick metal with great covers on the receptacles. Nice heavy cover, sturdy box and receptacle. Look so much better than the flimsy cover originally used.

Good product but not the best for hardwood floors. Great for carpet. The product looks great on our floor.

Cons

The face is pretty but it us scratches up really easily. They give you all kind of gaskets and seals but they go no good if using there box. You have to use the end screws they screw through the cover through the end of plugs and then in to the box.
