Pros
The charger is as advertised and works well. No issue for my electrician to install. The x5 isn't the cheapest ev charger in the market, but the built quality is excellent.
The housing is solid, very heavy cast aluminium, therefore virtually indestructible and not subject to corrosion. Super sturdy construction, pretty weight but looks awesome too.
Cons
The scheduling logic is awkward, not intutive. There was no information whatsoever in the manual about how to connect the 2 chargers for dynamic sharing. Get 2 tesla universal chargers instead.

The old saying you get what you pay for is very true in this instance
Have saved a fortune not purchasing gas
Moreover customer service was very satisfyingso far expensive but worth it

The flo home x5 charging station arrived quickly and was easy for the electrician to install
Flo backs their unit to the hilt and can service it as well in a timely manner
My flo arrived in less than 2 days and my electrician installed it the day after
It arrived in 2 days and the electrician had it installed the next day
Competitiveness
I initially bought it because of its design as it is much nicer than competition to me and i found the sales arguments convincing
I bought this one over the chargepoint because the flo x5 is rated for 40c temperatures

You need to set it up using your flo online account and then the app will work

However the app itself for controlling and monitoring the charging progress is a little weak in that it does not provide continuous updates

You have to check it by loggining in each time
