Highlights
Quality
Simple neat solution for apple having removed the ir receiver these days
Great item worked perfect to use universal remote to control fire tv
Plugged into the usb port of the shield and the remote worked straight away
Selected the shield gen 2 profile pressed the keys on the all for one remote
Price
But worth every penny to reduce the mountain of remote controls
A bit of usb extension cable will be appreciated for the price £22
Deduct half a star for cost which at £22 i feel is about 25 higher than it should be
Packaging/appearance
The actual thing in its own package no bigger than a pack of cigarette with little introduction on the back
Competitiveness
For that you need to add a new entertainment device then flirc as manufacturer name and firetv as model name
I have a logitech harmony 650 and as the spec shows flirc does support this remote
