Great product for the money would highly recommend for work fun or ghost hunting

For the price point this is a great thermal imager with a good resolution for most applications

Another caveat is that you have to pay 199 subscription to use their software to manipulate images

I asked for a replacement and it was delivered the very next day

This product came well packaged with a nice carry case and wrist strap

If you cant understand what youre looking at on the screen as is the case with many of the off brand models then its almost useless
