While cottonbabies does make an organic option they are more similar to prefolds in their design and in my opinion they lose two of their biggest assets—their trimness and their ease of use—which makes them just expensive organic thin prefolds

However the bamboo brand inserts that i bought are only as big as the medium setting in the flip diapers so they may not work once baby is in the large setting
