I have bought the blender a month ago mostly for smoothies and have been quite satified so far with this machine until i washed the bar where you place the food to blend in the dishwasher that changed the bar’s form in top which made it useless eventually

There was no information regarding warranty when i purchased the juicer or in the instruction manual

Flexzion customer service took care of me and i had to pay shipping for the part but got it without issue

I usually pack a lot in the pitcher to make 2 large smoothies each time and the smoothies are usually very thick almost like a runny paste

With the vitamix i had to use the temper to push the ingredients down to make sure the blender blends everything properly
