Original packaging and receipt are required for warranty claims. New hose is a piece of junk with plastic chunks making a lumpy surface. Lifetime warranty only means replacement, not refund!
Hose bibb has a crimp every 12 inches. Aluminum has tendency to corrode to brass over time.

If you do have an issue with the warranty it requires you cut off both ends of the hose and mail those 2 pieces back to the manufacturer along with the defective section of the hose

You will also need your receipt and the piece of cardboard from the hose stating it comes with a lifetime warranty
