This product softens and helps with cracks and rough looking heels. They get rough during the summer when i wear sandals.

Cons

Don't bother to buy. This product is unusable. Returning asap. I'm struggling to figure out why they discontinued the product that was so effective and yet continue to offer this one.

This has a horrible fragrance and i'm only 2 days in. It has this overpowering smell that started giving me a migraine as soon as i put it on. I’m close to throwing away what’s left and chocking it as a loss.

This heel balm is fine, but it most certainly does not exfoliate.
