Pros

The movement up and down feels very smooth. It is very sturdy and easily holds the weight of my two very heavy machines. The lift and lower button moves the desk gently.

Built in wireless charging, usb a and c ports, included cable management rack. Has a top drawer for notebooks and a charger for my iphone. Wireless charger is a nice addition too. Charging usbs on the side are a nice plus.

The item was shipped in two separate packages

I received the first half very quickly however it took almost another two weeks to receive the other half

I was afraid that the item would be damaged since it was being shipped across the country and back

Packaging/appearance

I got it in white with a bamboo top and it is very clean looking

However it was packaged well and there were no noticeable damages

I was told by customer service that was their “natural” color however it is not the same as the picture

Competitiveness

I like the drawer which most of the other brands did not offer

I chose this over other similar products because of the one piece top
