As soon as you start turning it around to recover hair, the long piece of plastic falls off. It has to be turned at such an angle that you are firmly holding the handle part in place.

It was very easy and it got out the hair clog
Our steam shower was clogged and normal snakes were too big to get into the drain system
It works great and easy to use but hard to clean so i clean it in the toilet thats the best way to clean it
The weasel fit easily and we got clumps of hair from the drain
