Pros
The instructions where pretty clear. Easy to follow instructions for installation. Instructions are not great, but if your handy you should be fine.
Both racks were used for overhead garage storage. Heavy-duty construction ensures that the storage rack can handle the weight of various items without compromising safety. The only downside that i can see would be your ceiling height.

My ceiling joists were not equally spaced which required me to horizontally cross brace them with a 2x4 on two sides
