Pros

This is very sturdy as designed. The metal brackets are heavy duty and would seem to easily support 600 lbs. That probably lessens the weight limit to some degree. It's sturdy holds lot and the price is great.

One rack holds all my luggage. This shelf is awesome! They offer several options as far as shelving/ceiling racks.

The product is amazing from the instructions to the actual product! This is the second one of these i've ordered and love it. Well made and well coated.

Out of the way but reachable. Rack is fairly easy to assemble and install. I'm glad i bit the bullet and bought this.

Great space saver, and is surprising sturdy. Really frees up space in the garage. Game changer for us! I have these in my garage and have massivly increased my storage space.

Cons

The product itself is generally fine, the customer service is generally incoherent. I wasn’t about to hassle with getting it back into the box and taking it to the post office. This is ridiculous.

Beyond that the shelf was well packaged has quality hardware and all parts needed were included

Upon unpacking i inspected the weld points and 2 of the 3 racks had bad corner welds that could have been unsafe to use

It is packed with shelves which is a bit odd
