The contour of this pack is very effective as it covers the neck, upper back, and shoulder (down the deltoid) they also offer the same design with velcro straps to hold it in place. Purchased to use after rotator cuff surgery.

Hang a towel over to pull the sides down tighter whdn icing your neck. Gets very cold, but then it also sweats a lot.

Does not fit the neck well without even being frozen or refrigerated. It freezes super hard and makes it impossible to adapt to the contours of your neck. The gel inside it is not enough.

This item is non-returnable. Buyer beware this is unusable as well as non-refundable. Unable to message the seller. Can’t use them.

I love flexikold products but regret buying special versions because they're poorly designed. What a major disappointment. Never buy it again. This one is not promoting a violent agenda.
