Pros

It molds to your body. Helped with pain/swelling. Also use on arthritic hip. Works great & is very flexible.

Have 2 in freezer to rotate. This pad is easy to freeze and use. Convenient, right out of the freezer and on to my hip.

Cons

The fabric is no better or worse than other decent gel packs. They are not sectioned off into chambers. Also, beware- item is unreturnable for some bizarre reason. Would not recommend.

This item is not returnable. Only refund. The product is non-refundable, and there is no seller contact information to submit a claim.

This ice pack stays cold for 10m max and drips everywhere. It is a nuisance to have to keep wiping the surface of this ice pack because it sweats a lot from the frost.

I got this to replace a lie plastic one that had started to leak and can tell this is much more durable and will last a long time

These ice bags are very durable flexible and hold the cold for a good amount of time

This freezes quickly but only stays cold for about 30 minutes

I was a colpac user but theyve been leaking

But cant get 15 discount on ordering another one from their site after registering item

Amazon delivery was exceptional and i received it about 4 hours after ordering

It is built much better than the colpac and delivers nice cold ice which stays very cold for well over 30 minutes

I believe this ice pack will last much longer than my old favorites and plan to buy more

I bought this for home use but i prefer colpac brand

The ones at the big box store are smaller and dont seem to get as cold as these
