Pros

I have the vest and an extra pack realy helps. The only minor issue is the pouches can be punctured and leak.

The vest is a real life saver! It helps my son. Well worth the money. It definitely does its job.

Cons

It is also quite heavy. Takes over 5 day for it to freeze totally and some of the cubes didn't freeze at all.
