Pros
This vest keeps me cool while doing farm chores. I live in alabama where summers are hot and humid. I work for the mta nyct, as one can imagine it gets over 110 with humidity down there.
This is the one that i got and it is a life saver. Zipper is a little difficult.
Cons
Good grief. The vest by itself looks like a gimme item from a baseball game. Vest gets too cold and it is being used in arizona where ambient temperature is currently 102/f.

The quality is good and looks good might have to buy another one and keep in freezer at work
With a hat and this vest and an extra set of ice packs i can spend the entire day 900 am to 400 pm with the horses
The quality of the vest isnt terrific so you do need to be careful
Wear one and once its not cold anymore just change it out with the frozen one

I made my decision based on the way the ice is packaged and set up for reuse

Update 1 again 11 hours in freezer same crappy cooler but this time with 2 scoops of ice and a towel over it left in the car for 6hours now at 1230pm 93f on a thermometer 38 humidityinternet working in mixed shadesun ice lasted 3hours
