Pros

I am a petite adult female and my neck is 12. Inches. The velcro closure is the solution to my problem. Easy to put in the flex cool pack.

I have severe chronic neck pain that gets worse when it's hot outside. The one i received is very soft and really the only complaint i could have is the ice does not last long enough.

Cons

Due to some health issues i get dehydrated and overheated very easily. The ice cubes are too small and need to be changed in 10 minutes of louisiana heat. The 3/4 letters across the back announcing the website were a no, way!
