Pros

Light has simple controls for on/off, color temp (cool, warm and mixed) and brightness. Not too bright on my eyes and helps light my workspace when i'm not on camera. Greatly improves appearance for zoom meetings.

Dynamite product. Prompt customer service and quick resolution. Very pleased, hopefully, they last for ever.

The lamp is an efficient replacement for my old halogen desk lamp that was too bright and would get hot. It's still a very well constructed and very bright lamp, just very short compared to what i was expecting.

Cons

Everything about this lamp is flimsy. Will not power on. Works only intermittently. Replacement lamp also has no magnifying glass.

It's not as bright as it claims to be and it will cause a fire if plugged in for more than 20 minutes. It is very annoying to have any kind of flickering. However, the other one flickers much like a fluorescent light does.
