Pros & Cons
Pros
Light weight and flexiblity makes it easy to handle and maneuver. Much easier to manoeuvre while watering and when putting the hose back. The spray nozzle is good too, for both watering the garden and washing the car.
I had a minor issue with the hose which was solved in record time by olga & pj at i-innovate. Also dealt direct with the supplier nd the customer service they provide is excellent.
Cons
It's lightweight and easy to use to start with but once in use it is not easy to work with. The weight is therefore quite heavy. After less than a year, already 3 leaks. The hose was hardly used throughout the winter, except for a few car washes.
This one is utter guff. It is not. In a rubbish.

Not sure how the hose expands to 23 metres

It would probably take a lot of water pressure to achieve that and using the gun would then cause the hose to retract quite aggressively
