Pros
These are great for building up finger and forearm strength. Would recommend this for anyone recovering after wrist and forearm surgery. I'm a armature climber who uses this type of bends to stretch my fingers during rest days.
As described and pictured. What a great, simple invention. Little strange at first. But for the price & what it is.
The resistance ranges range from fairly easy to quite challenging. The yellow is the easiest and would potentially work for rehab/pt for an injury.

My hands are just able to palm a basketball and i can stretch these to fully extend my fingers

Even for me being able to palm a basketball it feels like a very short range of motion between zero resistance and fully extended

When starting out i used the redmedium 2x a week for a total of 1000 total reps per week 4 sets with each hand of 50 50 50 then 100 reps twice a week and each band lasted about 23 months 10000 reps before snapping one of the finger loops would snap

Before purchasing this finger bend i bought another brand of the same type finger exercise bend on amazon that is made in china
