Flexcut makes a very good stropping/polishing compound as well as a couple of food strops. You can of course make your own, as i did, by gluing a strip of thick leather (a piece of an oid belt is ideal) to a strips of wood. The knives are super sharp ... Read More

The handle is comfortable, did not require any sanding. The blade is already very sharp and the handle fits my grasp just fine.

I highly recommend any knife flexcut makes.

Price for one knife is just affordable for me. A bit pricey but not as much as 3 cherries. Includes a very useful blade for slicing and deep cuts.

After six months of regular use it still sharpens up like i just bought it. Purchased this exclusively for sharpening pencils. Must revise my earlier review as the blade holds an edge better than the other brands that i still use.
