Pros
The velcro is very secure and looks like it would fit a lot of sizes. It gives just enough support to the arch without being bulky. This foot wrap has a firm plastic pad stitched in it.
Cons
This is not an arch support but a glorified foam soda can cozzy. There is no pad, this is basically a velco strap to hold your arch from falling. Plantar facitis causes the heel to be extremely tender.

But these do work well and especially when you need want that extra padding under the arch maybe if you plan on running around or doing a lot of walking these would be better

With these strap supports you can you can have the support be on your arch more in the middle of your foot more forward more backward
