Pros
The flex pro es promotes repair, rehydrate and restore damaged joints. It acts like a pain reliever for those sore hours after some serious workout time, or just when you're feeling a little achy and sore.
Flex pro es is a great product for anyone experiencing common achey joints. One medium sized pill once per day in the morning. One negative is that the directions say to take one capsule with food.
Cons
After almost 2 months of taking it, my joints still feel very dry. My recommendation for this product is very low. Didn't do anything. Waste of money.
