Pros
The grinding action works well and adjusts to any range we've tried. Grinds pepper well and the shape we chose makes grinding easy.
Great value for money. Great craftsmanship. Perfect gift for a first-time homeowner or newly-weds.
The color up close is hard to describe -- it's like, black maybe with dark green or brown undertones, and copper sparkles. High quality components and a good sturdy feel. Fits nicely in the hand, looks good on the table.
Can not recommend strongly enough.
This pepper grinder produces better flavor from the peppercorns. Freshness is part of the key to the incredible flavor the pepper mill provides. Very quick delivery of grinder.
Cons
Pepper comes out in a light sprinkle, requiring many many grinds if you like more rather than a dusting. Mechanism is of such poor quality that when adjusting to a coarser grind it comes apart.

None worked well and were impossible to adjust to the grind i liked

The only and i mean only downside i can see with this mill is that it doesnt hold as much whole peppercorns as my old oxo brand one which really wasnt very good
