Spread dough after it has relaxed for a few minutes at least 10 onto a cornmeal covered use alot surface that will allow you to slide it off the cornmeal onto the stone it will cook quickly and you will know when its done its obvious

I used to purchase this regularly at my local store then we moved and couldnt find a store to carry this particular productnow we found it here on amazon
