Pros
This yeast is great for bread baking. First 2 loaves rise fine so either the yeast is working fine or the bread machine is it both! It's easy to use. Great for hand kneading bread.

No problem with the item but the jar was not closed properly and i ended up with the yeast all over my kitchen and dining room floors
The company immediately responded to me and replaced the product which i am now using successfully
