This product really delivers! Definitely worth the money. Very happy with my purchase.

Be sure to use airtight containers to store. Yeast lasts 1-2 years with no degradation at a fraction of the price. Must be refrigerated to maintain freshness.

Seems to perform as an instant yeast should. With needing only 1 proofing after shaping it makes it so much easier.

Cons

If you have allergies this has sorbitan monostearate in it. Deceitful description.
