Great alternative to culligan. The quality of this unit is top notch. This system performs very well.

Follow their programming instructions and enjoy efficient soft water. Used sharkbite to connect to plumbing. Changing the water hardness requires opening the manual and following a dozen steps.

The leak occurred nearly 1 year after install.

The manufacturer says they don't warranty or service the amazon version of their product. Tech support is only one person for the whole company, he never calls back until you contact them at least 3 times in a raw. Still under warranty but cannot cont... Read More

First, you have to hunt down the manual for programing the unit (app link on device did not scan). Printed instructions are woefully incomplete.

I tried to tighten the screws associated with the part big mistake

Easy to assemble but i reviewed the questions asked and it said it came ready to go with the exception that you had to pipe it

I cant say i notice a difference in salt usage but i can certainly tell this unit removes more iron than our old 28k system
