I contacted the company after the spectacular experience with my wife to let them know how much we liked their product and they sent another complimentary tube to us and it arrived within a few days not the typical please allow four weeks for delivery

They mention a 100 satisfaction guarantee and based on them sending a free tube and so quickly i have great confidence they would do whatever they could to replace it or give a refund
