Pros

It sure changes the float of the foods and makes them more tasty. We reccomend them especially for those on strict low sodium diets.

The value is incredible compared to grocery store prices. I am a salt-a- holic and when i tell you these seasonings have converted me. Very satisfied with purchase and product.

Dash's no salt taco, sloppy joe, and fajita seasoning and your good to go. The southwest chipotle one is great on meats.

Cons

Really on was looking forward to the lemon pepper. It dint come with it. I got tricked. It is a mess and there was nothing in the bottle to salvage.
