Although time will tell the whole story i am so far impressed with this product

Superior to competitors which i bought and regretted thick easy to apply looks amazing
Nice and thick sticky and dried very tough cmon rain
Seems like itll divert h20 get a box of globes too

Application was easy the weather was the biggest problem just like most roof projects

Rather than remove the old tar the previous owners would just add more tar on the cracks which did not seal properly
