Works great they come dry and you have to push them in to get the ink to the tip

I havent tried it on a white one yet but i would imagine they would work fine

Kind of hard to get color at first lots of shaking the marker and pressing tip down before it let down the liquid color

The directions on the pens say to press down on the tip a few seconds until the ink fills the tip

Its also very easy to wipe off the board too and does not leave any ghosting

The reason i took away a star is that three of the colors are not actually fluorescent

Pushing down on the marker releases a valve to allow the ink to flow so no ink will flow unless the tip is depressed
