Pros
Flashprint slicer is intuitive and works well with the printer. New update fixes issues with some usb sticks not being read. I'm new to the slicer setup, but i have used both cura and flashprint.
Searched the internet for the best beginner 3d printer. This printer definently for newbies like me. It's great for beginners because there is almost no setup required. It is very simple to get started and, generally, just works.
It's quiet, you send files to it over the network, the quality seems to be there and so far it's bulletproof. Has a nice manual calibration mode for the bed slightly out of whack. Not especially noisy.
The printer is wi-fi and ethernet-capable. The touch screen controls are very simple and intuitive. It is not particularly easy to customize, but that is exactly why i like it.
There are so many pros that i can't sit here typing all day, so i will leave this with that this is a very underrated printer. I wish it was atleast the size of the ender 3, that would be optimal for any and everything that i would ever intend to do.
Cons
The only spool size that fits in there are 0. This means that pausing a print to change filament colors or load a fresh spool is impossible. The adventurer struggles even more than it already does when using third-party filaments. I downloaded the fil... Read More
Customer service is either non-existent or they will wait you out until your 30day refund is up. Takes awhile to get a refund.
Immediately upon plugging this in the first thing i notice is how obnoxiously loud it was. Do yourself a favor and get an ender 3 or something but not this garbage.

It comes fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box
She comes out of the box ready to print with really no calibration needed
Was printing literally less than a few mins out the box
In the end it was the slicer trying to put bottom layers halfway up the inside of the print

This includes several custom models i made using sketchup
Very easy to set up great videos for upkeep from flashforge
I consider myself a bit more than a novice but certainly not a pro with 3d
This is the 2nd flashforge 3d printer i purchased
