Easy to assemble. No words, just pics, but pics describe installation well. Had to get out tools and our own bolts and make adjustments.
Comfortable for my 5'3, somewhat overweight body. It’s a tad firm but in a supportive way. The lumbar support is great as well. I'm a nail technician and i needed a chair that was comfortable enough to sit for 10 hours.
The cushion on the seat is nice. The seat pad is not super squishy but is supportive and i like that it's contoured. The cushioned seat tends to feel a bit hard after a while.
Cons
The cushion isn't terrible, but after about 3 hours it starts to hurt a little bit. The material of the chair is also super itchy. There was a grease stain on the seat.
The reclining spring is so stiff, even at max looseness it is still so strong and i have to really push to get it to recline. It barely leans back which is why i bought it. The seat its too short for me, i am 5'9 and the end of the seat is nowhere nea... Read More

It did work first time i sat in it but when i actually started using it the handle no longer release the back
My elbows were literally peeling chunks of dried skin from the callus forming from the roughness of the mesh

So very glad it did it was not the most expensive but for the price this chair looks expensive and is beautiful
It was reasonably priced and easy to assemble
I almost spent 400 on another chair when i saw a deal on this one and decided to give it a try
So i’ve gone back and updated to a 5 star review because it’s a great price and a very nice chair

It was delivered today and was assembled easily
I contacted the support staff and they promptly sent me a replacement base plate

Washers for arms do not fit in holes as they should and worked better for me to nut use in arms where attaches to back

Tip when attaching back and arms to each other and bottom only turn all fittings only a few turns

After owning the chair for a year a bushing in the base plate that attaches to the seat broke

The base plate which attaches to the bottom of the chair wasnt exactly as contoured as the chair you are attaching it to
