Pros
The headrest is adjustable. The back adjusts comfortably. I also have wide hips so regular office chairs are sometimes uncomfortable. The chair is very deep so if you have short legs, you may have trouble fitting.
I'm sure this is the nicest computer chair we've ever had. This thing is worth every single penny. Your subjective preferences might differ from mine and these cons won't matter to you.
The cushion is hands down the best i've ever had on a chair. Love the padding/foam of the seat cushion. The padding is thick soft and comfortable.
Cons
The screws/fasteners are cheap and do not stay tight. There is only one adjustment lever for the entire chair and that's to raise or lower it. Another thing that is occurring is that the armrests are starting to wobble. No piston. No base plate.
The back is reclined too far compared to the seat. The seat needs way more lumbar and lower back support. I'm not sure if it's a design issue or if they just cheaped out on the padding/material itself.
Even with a keyboard tray, i doubt most people could lean into the back rest when working. Sitting up, the back offers no support. Like sitting on a padded bench.

The wheels are cheap and i expected better from a 340 chair
Of the 3 office chairs it was the most expensive
Spend an extra 20 and get better casters i can not stress enough how cheap these are

The package arrived earlier than expected and the product was in excellent condition no missing or broken parts
Called the support number and they shipped the parts

Cons the curve of the upper back is a bit too aggressively swept backward for my liking and this seems to be a nearly ubiquitous feature of nonmesh high back chairs

Its strange how its seemingly a niche thing to want a big and tall high back chair which encourages me to sit with good posture instead of having to lean forward away from the chair
