Its a cheap guitar stand that does exactly what a guitar stand is supposed to do

The padding is a little thin compared to others ive had but as long as youre careful putting your guitar in the cradle it should be fine

The neck yoke of the flanger is constructed of plastic and the user essentially shoves it downward into position to engage the locking connection

The hercules uses metal parts that slide and lock using a springloaded mechanism to accomplish this

In spite of the chance of these mechanisms failing i havent had any problemsprobably equally importantly the foam on the legs and yoke have not discolored any of the finishes of the 23 guitars ive hung on the flanger for days to weeks at a timethis is something ive experienced with other even cheaper stands which can be a huge disappointment

Frame doesnt slide legs have sufficient grip and the frame wont fold up on you either

With that in mind i decided to purchase multiple guitar stands so no matter where i was in the house i could conveniently rest my guitar and have it nearby

This is an aframe stand so of course if you bump your instrument it can fall over
