Pros
It’s beautiful, seems well made exterior wise. The flame is realistic and can be made small or big. It sits nicely on fireplace hearth.
Front vented insert. Recommend adding insert cavity dimension requirements and a start timer capability.

The only thing that i would like to see with this unit would be some yellow flames along with the red and blue

The baseboard heat has never been up to par and the insert was a replacement for an older unit that gave out a few years back

The only issue i’m having is i think it got banged around in transit bc it was turning on buttons were lighting up but the flames and heater fan weren’t turning on
