Traveled with it three times in two months before the back zipper completely selfdestructed

Also the back straps are kind of weirdly attached because you have to make it loose enough so that you can fit it around your shoulders but then the top of the backpack is kind of loose around your back

Also i was out of town for work and i couldnt carry my work laptop in a towel with a rubberband that seems irresponsible
