Pros

Only issue is that the shoulder straps are a bit narrow and will bite into your shoulder if your bag is heavy, but the company sells pads that you can easily add to fix this. My new favorite backpack.

Great compact bag. The way this bag distributes the weight is heavenly to say the least.

Cons

The bag has white stain on the exterior. I had to use a stain remover pen to remove it.
