You can turn off any display on the face manually or you can set when the night mode starts and ends which dims the clocks time on the face for the time you set

I observed that when you have the face cycle through time date and temperature that time is on for a longer time while date and temp are just brief displays

There is two brightness settings but the lower setting still is very bright when the light is closed

It comes with a usba into power brick to usbc to the clock cable but no power brick so youll have to have a usb outlet handy
