Pros & Cons
Pros
I'm very pleased with the results, but one needs to follow closely the directions. Works great. Saved me thousands of dollars.
This is also better for thicker grout lines so if you have thin lines like us, it will be tricky to get it in there. Thankfully no more cracked grout and squeaking sound.
Fix-a-floor works very well with 1/4 spacing. Weigh down each treated tile with a full paint can or bucket with water and leave weighted for a full 24 hrs. Used this to fix squeaky tiles in basement.
