Antenna amplifier does work - sort of. Booster, which is un-shielded internally, is susceptible to electronic interference. Tv reception goes out when used near other equipment in my room.
The antenna is obviously garbage. It is basically useless. Just my humble opinion. Move on.
This antenna is junk, does not work as expected and overhyped. Forget about 150-200 miles as advertised. If you buy it and it does work for you (briefly), i predict it will likely be taking up space in a land fill within a year or so.

I asked for replacement ibecause i thought the part called metal sheet was missing but when the replacement came in i noticed it wasn’t a metal sheet but a metal piece so i’m sending back the replacement

Note the direction change button rotates in 1 direction and will pull the cable if you continue to rotate it
